Dean Jenkins

Dean started work at CVD in Bristol in 2006. He works as a Customer Service Advisor where he is responsible for dealing with general insurance queries including adjustments to policies and complaints handling.

CVD is a large out of town call centre with over 100 staff dealing with commercial vehicle insurance.

Recently Dean has also started taking responsibility for coaching new staff members. Dean has just completed his Advanced Apprenticeship in RFS and found the support in understanding the regulatory side of the course very valuable. He would recommend the apprenticeship to others saying, “it makes you feel like a professional within your occupation”.
