Facilities at St Andrews House

Refurbished in the summer of 2007 at a cost of over £3.5 million, the NSA@SAH has 15 training rooms, a full conference suite, boardroom and smaller meeting spaces. The whole building is covered by wireless technology so it’s simplicity itself to use our state-of-the art projection facilities; just bring along your laptop and turn on. Or, if necessary we can always provide the computers you need.

All of our training facilities have their own projection and digital technology facilities, including smartboards and digitizers. Each room boasts a range of flexible furniture that allows the method of delivery to be varied from topic to topic and group to group.

In the Boardroom and the Conference Suite you’ll also find a range of invaluable technologies including full Video Conferencing facilities and IPTV – internet protocol television. We also have MediaSite – the latest technology which allows you to record both visually (via video cameras in situ within the facilities) and through presentations (Powerpoint, DVDs, CDs etc) all your seminar and conference activities and then make all of that available via the web!

The MediaSite technology automatically catalogues and stores – at a press of a button – all the information from your workshop/seminar/conference on the web. This means that any member of your staff can watch those events, anywhere and anytime.

You can choose to simply hire the facilities or we can meet any training requirements you have with our expert lecturing staff – many of whom who are also practitioners working in their specialist field.

There’s a cybercafé on the ground floor with high broadband Internet access that serves hot food and refreshments – open from 8am to 9pm every day.You’ll also find the latest financial papers and magazines, so do pop in for a coffee and catch up with the news, or why not arrange to meet a colleague for a light lunch?
